Thank you for choosing to be an exhibitor at the 2026 Timber Processing & Energy Expo. We look forward to working with you over the next few months and hope to visit with you at the show.

You will receive an e-mail from Fern Exhibitor Services with a link to the Exhibitor Portal. Please open the e-mail, click the link, and take notice of all the deadlines. The portal includes information on ordering furnishings, setup/teardown times, shipping, electricity, and compressed air. If you do not receive the e-mail from Fern, please notify dianne@hattonbrown.com or melissa@hattonbrown.com and make sure your inbox can receive e-mails from Fern.

Please invite your customers and clients to attend the show. Pre-registration is free for mill personnel — at-the-door registration is $20. When promoting the show, use #tpee2026. Banners and buttons for your use are available on the Promotional Media page.

Liability Insurance

Show management is providing liability insurance for each exhibitor at no additional cost. You do not need to send us an insurance certificate.

Floor Covering Required

All booths must have a floor covering. Booth layout and design follow the IAEE rules and regulations.

Booth Worker Registration

You will receive instructions from Lori Servin (servinlori0@gmail.com) to register your booth workers. You receive 2 comp registrations per 100 sq ft (up to 10). Additional registrations are $15 each.

Discounted rates at the Holiday Inn Columbia Riverfront and Oxford Suites. Book from this website or call directly.

Electrical & Venue Utilities

Edlen — Power, Internet & Utilities

Electrical, internet, water, natural gas, and compressed air are ordered directly through the Portland Expo Center's Exhibitor Services Center (Edlen) — not through your booth vendor. Orders are billed on a tiered schedule, so ordering early saves money:

Advance Rate

Orders received 30+ days before the event start date

Standard Rate

Orders received after the advance deadline

Late Rate

Orders received within 14 days of the first move-in day

Battery Power Restrictions

Any battery, power cell, or battery-powered A/C inverter that is not UL listed, is not self-contained, can accept a 2-or-more-pronged plug, and/or is intended to power anything larger than a small electronic device (tablet or phone) is not allowed on the show floor. This includes devices rated above 60 watts at 30 volts or with a maximum output greater than 3.1 amps.

120v power is available as either a Custom Location or Standard Location install — details for each are on the ordering site below.

Expo WiFi

WiFi is self-service — connect to the Expo WiFi network, follow the portal prompts that open automatically, choose a service level, and check out. No staff assistance needed. You can purchase service for up to five devices in a single transaction.

Shipping Information

Exhibitor freight and equipment is handled through Fern Expo. Use the addresses and dates below when coordinating shipments.

How the Priority System Works

TP&EE allocates booth space on a priority basis — returning exhibitors choose their space first, followed by new inquiries in the order received. Early contact is the best way to secure your preferred location and size.
