The Timber Processing & Energy Expo takes place in Portland, bringing exhibitors and industry leaders together. It offers networking, innovations, and solutions for the evolving timber and energy sector.
Hours
Wednesday 23rd & Thursday 24th – 9 am to 5 pm
Friday 25th – 9 am to 3 pm
Parking Passes
Exhibitor Parking: Parking is $13 per space/per day – each time entering the parking area.
‘Exhibitor Pass’ is good all three days for a vehicle to come and go – and that’s $39 (3×13).
Transportation provided:
Holiday Inn Columbia Riverfront & Oxford Suites
23rd & 24th – First pickup at 8 am – runs back and forth until 6 pm.
25th – First pickup at 8 am – runs back and forth until 4:30 pm.
25th – One trip to PDX at 5 pm

Exhibitor Move-in
Monday, September 21, 2026 – 7 am to 10 pm – Booths 600 sq ft and larger only
Tuesday, September 22, 2026 – 7 am to 10 pm – All Booths
Exhibitor Move-out
Friday, September 25, 2026 – 3 pm to 10 pm
Saturday, September 26, 2026 – 8 am to 5 pm
Carrier Check-in
Friday, September 25, 2026 – 8 pm
Saturday, September 26, 2026 – 12 pm
Freight will be re-routed via Fern Transportation at noon on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Freight re-route is at noon on Saturday. Any carrier checked in by noon will be loaded. Any freight not claimed by noon is subject to retrouting. Exhibitor is responsible for all additional material handling and shipping costs associated with freight re-routes. Refer to inbound/outbound Shipment in Terms and Conditions on the Exhibitor Portal.
