Exhibitor Parking: Parking is $13 [per space/per day – each time enter parking area.
‘Exhibitor Pass’ is good all three days for a vehicle to come and go – and that’s $39 [3×13].

Friday, September 27, 2024 – 3 pm to 10 pm
Saturday, September 28, 2024 – 8 am to 5 pm

Carrier Check-in

Freight will be re-routed via Fern Transportation at 4 pm on Saturday, September 28, 2024. Exhibitor is responsible for all additional material handling and shipping costs associated with freight re-routes. Refer to inbound/outbound Shipment in Terms and Conditions on Exhibitor Portal.

Holiday Inn Columbia Riverfront & Oxford Suites
25th & 26th – First pickup at 8 am -runs back and forth until 6 pm.
27th – First pickup at 8 am – runs back and forth until 4:30 pm.
27th – One trip to PDX 5 pm
